Myna Nandhini

Myna Nandhini is a popular television host and artist from India who specialises in acting in Tamil films. She is optimally recognised for her roles as Mynavathi in Aranmanai 3 and as Myna Revathi in Saravanan Meenatchi. She also took home the title of Kitchen Super Star-3 champion, which was telecasted on Star Vijay in 2015.

She is popularly recognized in films like Vamsam (2010), Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga, Petromax, and Vikram (2022). Additionally, she competes on Bigg Boss 6.

Personal Life

Myna was born to Rajendran and Rani in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, on May 21, 1991, as Nandhini Rajendran. She attended Meenakshi Matriculation School in Madurai for her primary education before transferring to Ambiga College of Arts and Science in Anna Nagar to complete her Bachelor of Business Administration degree. However, she made the decision to perform in a few television shows as a “Time killer” after earning her college education.

In January 2017, Nandhini married her devoted partner Karthikeyan. Karthick, regrettably, died unexpectedly six months into their marital relationship as a result of a disagreement between the two. She remarried in 2019—this time to television personality Yogeswaram. In 2020, the couple welcomed a son they named Dhruvan.

Career

In an underappreciated role in the movie Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu, Nandhini made her acting debut. Later, she made her first appearance as a contestant on the hit comedy show Kalakka Povathu Yaaru. She was approached by director Pandiraj in 2010 and given the opportunity to play the small character of Sarasu in his movie Vamsam. She later accepted the opportunity.

Later, she made additional film appearances in Romeo & Juliet, Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga (2013), and Vellaikaara Durai (2014). She made her television acting breakthrough in 2016, portraying a companion to a female protagonist in Saravanan Meenatchi. Her performance in the story was widely acclaimed. Finally, she took on the role of “Myna,” earning her the moniker.
