President Ranil Wickremesinghe Friday met groups of editors and senior journalists from various publishing and telecasting groups for candid discussions on the present country situation and the short and longer term outlook.
A relaxed president responded candidly to all questions asked joking about media criticism leveled at him. The meeting was held at his official residence in Colombo.
