Former Southern Province Minister D.V. Upul yesterday (04) received appointment as the Chairman of the Fisheries Corporation (CFC). He received his letter of appointment from Fisheries Minister Douglas Devananda. The former Provincial Councillor who is the father of State Minister D. V. Chanaka succeeded Chathuranga Udawatte.
