A ceasefire between Iran and the US? Don’t buy the hype.

Iran’s so-called “10-point plan” isn’t a compromise—it’s a power grab: lift all sanctions, hand over the Strait of Hormuz, accept nuclear enrichment, pull US forces out, even pay reparations.

And Trump is calling this “workable”? This is the same man who contradicts his own deals in real time.

He’s already backtracking on key terms like Lebanon. So let’s be honest—this isn’t diplomacy, it’s theatre.

The real play? Ease pressure, reopen oil routes, then shift the goalposts.

If this ends in a genuine agreement, it won’t be diplomacy—it’ll be a miracle.

Here are the Iran’s 10 conditions:

• Guarantee of non-aggression from the US

• Full lifting of US sanctions (primary and secondary)

• Release of frozen Iranian assets

• US military withdrawal from the Middle East

• Recognition of Iran’s right to uranium enrichment

• Iran retains/control over the Strait of Hormuz

• Ability to charge transit/toll fees through the strait

• Reparations/compensation for war damage

• Binding deal via a UN Security Council resolution

• Broader regional ceasefires (including fronts like Lebanon)

👉 In short: it’s a maximalist wish list that heavily favours Iran and would require massive concessions from the US

Even if Trump  accept the conditions, Benjamin Netanyahu will find  a way to sabotage any peace in the Region.

Unless the two criminals, namely Trump and Netanyahu are put on prison there will never be peace anywhere
