Indian budget carrier begins flights between Madurai and Colombo six days a week

The Indian budget carrier SpiceJet commenced flights between Madurai in India and Colombo on Sunday (20).

The budget carrier will operate flights between India’s Madurai and Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) at Katunayake days a week, except on Wednesday.

While announcing the matter, SpiceJet said that, “We hope the direct flight will help boost tourism between the two countries.”
