Taxing the rich is not the answer.
Just legislate to stop the Corporations, its Directors and CEOs stealing from the natural resources and from the rest of us. Public Utilities belong to the People. People means the rich, the workers, the disabled, job seekers, elderly, the children and the sick. They all have equal shares
in all the natural resources
Put them all on PAYE, not corporation tax.
Problem solved!
One more thing. Prevent clever criminals telling lies.
