Chapter 10 titled “ How to Fix a Poll” is a must read. From the Poll position 187 out of 200 has been manipulated to rise to position 9 with ease and with a little cost by buying IP addresses. Cost of IP addresses was $7,500 for 100,000 IP Addresses. Trump paid $15,000 for 200,000 IP Addresses.
Recent Polls show Trump at the top of the Poll with 46% (remember, his old Poll position purposely stopped at 9 to avoid suspicion) . He does not want to go over 50% to avoid suspicion.
