Dr. Charavanapavan Nallaiah passed away peacefully on May 10th, 2023, in Preston, the United Kingdom after a brief period in hospital.
Dr. Nallaiah was the son of the late Mr. P. Nallaiah and Mrs. Seetha Nallaiah.
He was the beloved father of Sobana and Sukanya Nallaiah (UK),
Doting Grandfather to Giulia Chenthi Valle,
Father-in-law to Andrea Valle.
A respected brother to the late Chachi Nallaiah (Australia) and Mano Ananthanathan (UK),
Dr. Nallaiah is survived by his loving siblings: Rani Fabian (Canada), Chandra Pathmanathan (Sri Lanka), Dr. Gina Gnanes Rajah (Sri Lanka), Nirmala Markandu (UK), Siva Nallaiah (Canada), and Raj Nallaiah (New Zealand).
Dr. Nallaiah will be remembered for his contributions in the field of organic chemistry and his unwavering love for his family. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
The cremation of Dr. Nallaiah was held in Preston, UK, on Friday 2nd June, 2023.
