Lucknow Super Giants sink Punjab Kings with second highest IPL total

A jaw-dropping T20 batting masterclass from Luck now Super Giants earned them a 56 run win over Punjab Kings in Mohali to catapult them to second spot on the points table, over Chennai Super Kings and Gujarat Titans on the basis of Net Run Rate. In the chase of the second-highest total in IPL history – 257/5 – PBKS were always behind the eight-ball despite Atharva Taide’s 66 and eventually finished on 201 – well short of their target.
