J.P. MORGAN VENTURE CAPITALISM

8 cows and one bull

You have two cows.
You sell three of them to your publicly listed company, using letters of credit opened by your brother-in-law at the bank, then execute a debt/equity swap with an associated general offer so that you get all four cows back, with a tax exemption for five cows.
The milk rights of the six cows are transferred via an intermediary to a Cayman Island Company secretly owned by the majority shareholder who sells the rights to all seven cows back to your listed company.
The annual report says the company owns eight cows, with an option on one more.
You sell one cow to buy a new president of the United States , leaving you with nine cows.
No balance sheet provided with the release.
The public then buys your bull.

Don’t forget the story of the sunk Titanic. Titanic was owned by JP Morgan but it never sunk but they claimed insurance after deliberately sinking  the sister ship of Titanic, Olympic. read the full story from John Hamer’s books. Olympic was the one launched first and collided with the Navy brigade and sustained serious damage. Blame was on the part of Olympic therefore could not claim insurance and Jack had to pay for the repair of the Navy ship. Olympic was limped back to  Harland and Wolff shipyard in Belfast. It should have been a write-off. Jack Morgan was able to persuade Harland and Wolff to patch up Olympic  to last just one trip. Could not refuse to do the favour to someone very close to George V. Olympic was patched as Titanic which was still in the dock to be launched.  Instead the patched up Olympic was launched as Titanic. An extravagant razzmatazz was staged and the Olympic set sail from Southampton on the 10th April 1012 as Titanic. Four days later it hit the iceberg in the Atlantic and sunk as scripted. Just before it was launched, Jack fell ill mysteriously and had to unload all his gold bullion cargo among other things. Over 1500 people killed and White Star Liner survived after insurance payout. The old Olympic was able to sail for over 25 years thereafter.    You draw your own conclusion
