FSP denies having truck with SJB at coming polls

The Frontline Socialist Party (FSP) would not contest the coming elections as a constituent of a coalition led by the Samagi Jana Balavegaya (SJB), FSP Propaganda Secretary, Duminda Nagamuwa, told The Island yesterday.Nagamuwa said that a concerted effort had to be made to secure the release of Inter-University Students Federation (IUSF) leaders and other anti-government activists.

“Therefore, we are working with everyone to secure their release as well as against some specific issues like the Prevention of Terrorism Act (PTA).”
